Faux Travertine Porcelain Tile Counters were then replaced with Granite and a tumbled stone back splash was installed  Click picture for Back splash view. New back splash in kitchen and bar area with diagonal and raised tile insets.  Customer selected materials. ‘ Foyer treatment.  Raised wood is finished in leather look using Bronze Latex Wax Tile, Wallpaper, Paint, new fixtures, toilet Click Picture To See Before (Termite Damage) Atrium Door, below, when installed, incorporated 2 unframed side windows with a common header to create a more custom look. Click Picture To See Before Front door replacement, using a 42 inch custom ordered fir panel door.  Stained with a painted frame Fireplace takes on a new look with travertine on wall and hearth.  Reverse picture frame style enclosure is Faux painted to closely match existing mantle   Laminate “Full size Pine Plank” Laminate, 4 1/2 inch width, 3 variable lengths.  This Laminate has the look of real wood.  Planks also feature a slightly beveled edge, furthering the influence of this faux wood floor   Bruce Hardwood  (below) Butterscotch finish, Glue down 7, 5, & 3 inch width planks create an updated look. A great transformation for any room, also installed Atrium Door (replaced sliding door), Resurfaced Beams, added Tract Lights & painted Interior paneling   Tile Back splash around granite sill and counter. Concrete Fountain with Flagstone topping. Spring is coming. This 10x12 ft patio dresses up an otherwise unused side yard and hides a storage shed.  The curved walkway from the back of the house makes it a destination.  The canopy & furniture create the finishing touch. 2x6 pressure treated pine, stained. Total makeover, 840 Sq. Ft. carpet removal & Laminate Plank Install 230 Ft Tile removal & new tile install Lots of color & new lighting and dimmers etc.   Click for before View from Entry. Flooring installed in Dining-living area, breezeway way to deck, and 2 bedrooms. Click Picture To See Before Wallpaper, installed highest wall, this installation 12 ft Slate entry with arch, shutters and custom window planters replaced brick entry with planter.   Eye opening design for company break & recreation room.  Livid colors separated by custom cut 1/2 plywood dividers.  Wall is 10 ft tall.   A 9 x 13 ft world map is   installed in conference room. Eight sections of wallpaper, picture perfect. this map can be used with dry markers.  Another world map installed in an individual office.  Six by Nine and framed in custom aluminum channel, polished and clear coated   Recycling old picture frames, reconstructed to smaller size Outer frame was refinished using a base coat of enamel (cappuccino) and acrylic latex (Bronze)  Inter frame enamel (gold) with Latex (spice brown) Artist John Gowan , reproduction on canvas.  www.gowanfineart.com
